Hi mye..
You are doing a great job...

i tried this tandoori chicken.. it was great but i had the problem of chicken oozing out water...
how to prevent it????

Hi HK, thank you for trying out my recipes and for your valuable feedback. The reason for chicken oozing water is because it's so juicy. Normally while cooking chicken in Tandoori oven the juice drips on the coal and evaporates. But while cooking in conventional oven the juice drips in the oven tray. You can try using oven safe grill rack over oven tray. The oven tray collects those drippings and chicken on grill stays little dry.
