Egg Dosa.


Ingredients
Eggs beaten-4
Dosa(rice flour and urad dal) batter-1/2cup
Chilli powder-1tsp
Salt to taste

Method
Beat eggs with chilli powder and little salt. In a big bowl combine dosa batter and beaten eggs, mix well. Heat a tawa, smear 1tsp of oil. When tawa is hot, take a ladle full of the above batter and spread from the center to the corner in circle motion (it should be like pancakes). Once again smear with 1tsp of oil. Cook Egg dosa on both sides and serve hot with Non vegetarian gravy.
