Chicken Manchurian- Indo Chinese Recipe.


Boneless Chicken pieces-300gms
Maida flour-1tsp
Corn flour-1tsp
Rice flour-1tsp
Egg beaten-1
Soy sauce-1/2tsp
Rice vinegar-1/2tsp
Pepper and Salt to taste

Sauce ingredients
Onion medium (chopped)-1
Capsicum medium (diced)-1
Garlic cloves (minced)-6
Ginger (minced)-1/2"
Soy sauce-1tbsp
Chilly sauce-1tbsp
Ajinomoto(msg)-less than 1/4tsp
Pepper and Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and soak the chicken pieces for 2 hours.Heat enough oil in a deep pan, when hot deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown and set aside on a tissue paper. Next heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onions and capsicum. Saute for 2 mins, now add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, pepper and salt. Mix well, if needed add little water to get saucy texture. Add the fried chicken pieces to this mixture and mix well, so that all the chicken pieces are coated with chilly sauce. Serve hot with Fried Rice or Noodles.
