Chinese idli- Kids Lunch box recipes Indian

Chinese Idli
Cooked mini idlis- 14 nos
Cabbage shredded- 2 tbsp
Carrot shredded- 2 tbsp
Garlic minced- 1/2 tsp
Capsicum/ Bell pepper thinly sliced- 1 tbsp
Light soya sauce- few drops
White pepper and Salt- to taste
Oilve oil- 1 tsp
Chinese Idli- Kids recipes
Heat oil in a small sauce pan, add minced garlic, shredded cabbage, carrot and capsicum, saute for few secs. Season the veggies with light soya sauce, white pepper and salt. Add the cooked mini idlis and stir fry for few secs.
Serve hot.
