Mythreyi... nice to see you back again. Hope you enjoyed these holidays with your mother.

The pizza looks fine in appearance, and for taste I am sure it would be great as my favorite pineapple is there.

Hey you know! in the garden of my grandparents we have a lot of pineapples and it comes to around 250-300 per month during seasons. So when ever I go there I always use to have pineapple juice, pineapple payasam etc.

To talk about pizza, when I was in Nagpur I never followed the customs of fork and knife, as students we always did the things the other way, eating with hands and all :)

I don't like pizza a lot. And to be frank when I eat cheese pizza it resembles me a taste of pav(small brother of bread, but fat) and chewing gum mixed in a recipe and called pizza.

In my life it has now restricted to high class parties and extra-showoff treats.... but from inner heart I like to be the old student who does things the way he likes not to show anyone great...

I am going to make this for dinner tonight!!! Thinking about it, I will create a page for my website as well with a link to your blog.

Your pizza looks really good, can't wait to get home to prepare it. I never thought of using cottage cheese on a pizza. For sure I can get all these ingredients in my grocery store.

Take care.
