Cranberry Chutney/Pickle



Ingredients
Cranberries-1/4cup
Dry red chilly-3
Garlic clove-2
Salt to taste
Oil-1tsp

Method
Roast red chilly and garlic in 1tsp of oil, set aside allow to cool. Grind cranberry, roasted red chilly, garlic and salt to a smooth paste. Add little water if required. Serve with Curd rice or Idly, Dosas.
