Ingredients
Cooked Parotta-2( tear it into pieces)
Onion medium sliced-1
Green chilly slit-1
Shredded Coconut-1/4cup
Red chilly sauce-1tsp
Red food colour-pinch (optional)
Curry leaves-few
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, curry leaves and green chilly. Saute for 2 mins, now add the red chilly sauce, food colour and salt. Add a tablespoon of water and mix well. Add the parotta pieces and the shredded coconut to this mixture, fry the parotta pieces until dry. Serve hot.
wow what a colour...never thought of using the paratha this way..surely will try this as its really looking tempting...
